Return and Refund Policy

1. General Policy: ALL SALES ARE FINAL AFTER DOWNLOADING DIGITAL PRODUCTS.   

2, Digital Products: The No Returns or No Refunds Policy will be implemented after the artworks have been digitally transferred/downloaded to the buyer. We ROC LLC does not have a method to verify if the returned products are the only copies that the Buyer possesses. 

That is: It is impossible to determine that the buyer will request a refund, allegedly return the products, but retain the digital artworks elsewhere in his computer or external hard drive. 

3. Technical Issues: The Buyer can download products again if there were issues in the original transmission process.
