WE ROC LLC - PURCHASE AGREEMENT
1.) (The “Buyer”) agrees to purchase the following from WE ROC, LLC: REDUCE OIL CONSUMPTION ARTWORK ALL SALES ARE FINAL AFTER DOWNLOADING DIGITAL PRODUCTS
(the “Buyer”) shall pay (the“Seller”)
“(The Buyer”) could be a Second Party who would purchase Portfolio Reduce Oil Consumption in the name of another entity as a gift or assignment to include that class of individuals. The agreement must identify all parties of the transfer of Portfolio Reduce Oil Consumption. The Buyer must inform the recipient and WE ROC, LLC
2.) Buyers can distribute and display Reduce Oil Consumption Artworks without any additional fees in any medium, as long as there is NO THIRD PARTY PAYMENT OR REVENUES RECEIVED TO BUYER.
3.) Royalty. In the event (the “Buyer”) utilizes any of the documents comprising the images, and receives revenues for such use, (the “Buyer”) SHALL PAY A ROYALTY OF 15% OF THE REVENUES RECEIVED TO OWNER WE ROC LLC (REDUCE OIL CONSUMPTION) ON A QUARTERLY BASIS COMMENCING WITH THE FIRST CALENDAR QUARTER FOLLOWING THE RECEIPT OF SUCH REVENUES.
4.) Legal Action. If any legal action is instituted to enforce this agreement (this agreement may be specifically enforced) or for breach of this agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to an award of reasonable attorney’s fees.
(Buyer) is beholden to distribute purchased images only to members belonging to their identified Organizations or themselves if it’s an Individual purchase. Breaking the agreement in distributing to nonmembers will result in legal penalties, including legal fees.
Return and Refund Policy
WE ROC, LLC - Return and Refund Policy
1. General Policy: ALL SALES ARE FINAL AFTER DOWNLOADING DIGITAL PRODUCTS.
2, Digital Products: The No Returns or No Refunds Policy will be implemented after the artworks have been digitally transferred/downloaded to the buyer. We ROC, LLC does not have a method to verify if the returned products are the only copies that the Buyer possesses.
That is: It is impossible to determine that the buyer will request a refund, allegedly return the products, but retain the digital artworks elsewhere in his computer or external hard drive.
3. Technical Issues: The Buyer can download products again if there were issues in the original transmission process. If continuing problems occur then contact We ROC, LLC
